DIY Wedding Venue Dressing – £400
If you’ve sourced your own wedding decorations and just need a helping hand to bring your vision to life, this package is for you. I’ll take care of setting up your décor at your venue exactly as you imagined, so you can relax and focus on enjoying the build-up to your day.
What’s Included:
✔️ Initial Discovery Call
A friendly phone or WhatsApp Video Call to chat through your ideas, get to know each other, and understand the overall look and feel you’re going for.
✔️ Pre-Wedding Planning Call
We’ll have a detailed catch-up a couple of weeks before the wedding to go through your décor list, item placements, timings, and venue access.
✔️ Decor Setup On The Day
I’ll arrive at your venue and set up all of your decorations just how you’ve planned – from table décor and signage to aisle styling and personal touches.
✔️ Use of Your Own Items
This package is for dressing your venue using decorations you provide. I don’t supply items, so everything should be delivered directly to the venue in advance, clearly labelled and ready to go.
✔️ Item Placement According to Your Plan
Decorations will be placed based on your instructions. I kindly ask that each item is labelled with its location and purpose (e.g. “Top Table – Garland” or “Guest Book Table – Signage”) to ensure everything ends up exactly where you want it.
✔️ Room Setup Across Multiple Areas
Whether it’s one room or several (ceremony, reception, etc.), I’ll follow your layout to create a cohesive and beautiful finish throughout the venue.
✔️ Calm & Friendly Support
You can count on me to bring a calm, can-do energy and an eye for detail to your space. I’ll quietly get to work while you get ready and enjoy the excitement of the day.
✔️ Presence on the day
Plenty of time to get everything in place with care and attention.
