For couples who’ve planned their own wedding but want someone calm, capable and organised to keep everything running smoothly on the day – so you can relax and enjoy every second.

I’ll be there behind the scenes, making sure everything goes to plan (and stepping in if it doesn’t!), so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

What’s Included:

✔️ Pre-Wedding Planning Call
We’ll have a detailed call a couple of weeks before the big day to run through your schedule, suppliers, key contacts and any special touches you've planned.

✔️ Liaison with Suppliers
I’ll contact your key suppliers before the wedding to confirm arrival times and logistics, so everyone’s on the same page.

✔️ On-the-Day Point of Contact
From the moment I arrive, I’ll be the go-to person for suppliers, family, and your venue – answering questions and sorting things out so you don’t have to.

✔️ Guest & Family Guidance
I’ll help direct guests to where they need to be, cue family or bridal party members, and make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

✔️ Ceremony Setup Oversight
I’ll make sure your ceremony space looks exactly how you imagined – from chairs and flowers to confetti and signage.

✔️ Schedule & Timings Management
I’ll keep your day running to plan, gently guiding things along and stepping in if anything needs adjusting.

✔️ Problem Solving & Calm Reassurance
If anything unexpected pops up (and let’s be honest, it often does), I’ll handle it quietly and confidently so you can stay in the moment.

✔️ Presence for Up to 5 Hours
Typically from set-up through to post-ceremony celebrations (e.g. confetti, drinks reception and group photos). Additional hours available if needed (for an additional fee - agreed upon before the wedding).
